Why did we give up lead?
Fishing is about being close to nature, yet for years we have been poisoning it with thousands of tons of lead annually. Every broken rig is a toxic trace at the bottom of a lake that stays there for hundreds of years. We decided to change this without compromising on effectiveness.
Clean water
Our concrete has neutral pH and releases no toxic substances. It is safe for fish and the ecosystem.
New technology
We use modern 3D printing to create aerodynamically perfect forms that hold bait exceptionally well.

The entire design and production process takes place in Poland. You support local craft innovation.
How is Lithos made?
From idea to cast on the water. A combination of engineering and traditional building materials.
CAD Design
We design in 3D software, taking care of every millimeter of the feeder. We test aerodynamics and tab placement.
3D Mold Printing
We print precise matrix molds. 3D printing allows us details impossible to achieve with standard lead casting.
Concrete Mix
We prepare a specialized concrete reinforced with microfibers. It provides resistance to water and impact against rocks.
Curing & Testing
Finished feeders cure, gaining full hardness and the characteristic matte structure that camouflages them on the bottom.

Lead shines and scares cautious fish. Concrete creates a natural structure that perfectly blends with the lake or river bottom. The fish only sees your bait.
The non-absorbent concrete structure doesn't change weight during fishing.
Fiber reinforcement prevents the feeder from crumbling.
